Why BICU RN Agency Work?
BICU nurses make a ginormous difference in the lives of burn victims and those struggling with burn wounds. You’ll be responsible for monitoring vital signs like heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and other vital functions; wound care and complex dressing changes and treatments to prevent infections and promote healing; administering pain medications and other comfort measures; fluid management; assisting with feeding through tubes or intravenous feeding; and proving psychological and emotional support.
You’ll work closely with allied healthcare professionals like respiratory therapists, doctors, surgeons, psychologists, and social workers to provide the best possible service and care.
