To Secure Your Support Worker Agency Job in Ipswich, We Need:
We need some documents to ensure compliance with UK healthcare recruitment law.
- The right to work: you must have a Passport, visa, or BRP / Residence Permit.
- Proof of address: no older than 3 months (utility bill, tenancy agreement, or bank statement).
- Proof of national insurance (P45 or P60 form, recent payslip, HMRC letter, national insurance card).
- Mandatory online training (all certificates).
- Mandatory practical training (If you have any face-to-face training, please share this as well).
- Immunisation history: vaccination certificates for Hep B Titre levels, TB, varicella, rubella and measles.
- DBS certificate.
- 2 clinical references: references of anyone you reported to who is on a higher band than you. This must cover the past 3 years.
