These are also known as critical interviews that are conducted to help Proximity Healthcare evaluate workers’ clinical skills, experience, and suitability for a job. We ask basic questions about education, training, work experience, clinical skills, communication skills, teamwork, laws, and regulations.

Forward All Relevant Mandatory Training and Qualifications

Proximity will work through all the relevant documentation regarding your training and qualifications. Then, a diligent skills check will be completed.

It is conducted by a healthcare professional of a higher calibre to ensure that workers are competent and able to provide safe and effective patient care. If a candidate lacks experience or qualifications in a certain area, it is the candidate’s responsibility to complete any necessary training before a placement can be completed.

Provide Verified Proof of Address and ID Copies

Please ensure that your proof of address and ID copies are certified. Verifications can be made at your nearest police station, post office, or lawyer’s office. Take your original documents as well as the photocopies to the above-mentioned institutions for valid certification.

Complete a Video Interview with One of Our Consultants

Once all the candidates’ necessary documentation is in order and provided to Proximity, an interview can be scheduled. One of our consultants will be in touch with the candidate to secure a date for an online interview. This is done to pinpoint which healthcare institution the candidate should be placed in.

Proceed with Shift Placement
