2. Comprehensive Referral Program
Proximity offers a comprehensive referral program that is highly rewarding. When you refer a nurse to us and they complete 15 shifts, you will receive £150. Additionally, when you refer a healthcare assistant to us and they complete 15 shifts, you will receive £70. Evidently, this referral program not only benefits the referee but you as well.
3. Profile Consultation and Development
The diligent Proximity team also provides profile consultation and development services. Furthermore, we conduct DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks on all candidates. In other words, Proximity Healthcare conducts a full background check on your behalf, which you can share with any future employer.
4. Training Documents
Proximity Healthcare provides candidates with training documents that are specific to the organisation they will be working for. The mandatory training documents, known as Mandatory Training, are essential for successful placement. Moreover, if a candidate lacks any training or training documents, Proximity can assist in obtaining them.
