07 Nov How to Integrate into Our Medical Recruitment Agency, UK
If you want to join the Proximity team, there are a few qualifications and compliances that you need to have within your arsenal. Of course, qualifications and compliances differ from one to another. We as a medical recruitment agency in the UK, don’t expect every professional to fall under the same paper umbrella.
It all depends on where you want to be in the medical field. This is rather obvious; as a specialised nurse needs a lot more qualifications than a general nurse. However, all medical candidates should have the basic qualifications and paperwork to be placed within our medical establishments, no matter the professional level. So, without further ado, let’s unpack what we require from you to join our medical recruitment agency in the UK!’
Care Worker
Healthcare workers typically have a Band 2 qualification. It is not considered a strenuous qualification to maintain but does however need to undergo an abridged process. This is, of course, to ensure that you meet the UK’s healthcare standards and that similarly; the UK maintains its standard of healthcare provided.
General Nurse
General nurses typically have a Band 5 qualification. These qualifications ensure that the standard is maintained across the healthcare nursing spectrum to some degree. Standards of expected care within each country differ; meaning that you need to make sure your qualification is abridged in the UK. Standards are different for each country, and for us to place you with our clients, you need to be highly compliant. This is ultimately to ensure the best patient and professional outcome, and to protect the establishment as well.
